As Hamish will be in Europe for 6 weeks, orders received after Sept 9th, will not be sent out until late October - apologies for the inconvenience.

Our online store is currently set up for the US Market. We invite Canadian, European and other international Celts to browse the store and then e-mail us for specific shipping quotes. Our published shipping rates are for the US only.

Shipping

The fastest and easiest way to order is at our online store using secure ordering with PayPal. Your order will be mailed a.s.a.p., usually within 3 days of being received, if the item is in stock. If paid by check your order will be mailed when your check has cleared.

We can deliver goods to destinations within the US at the rates shown at the online 'Checkout', or as posted below. For delivery outside the US please contact us for a shipping price quote. You can e-mail us at jim@mauiceltic.com. We will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. We aim to deliver goods to destinations in the US within 10 working days (after receiving the order and payment) in most circumstances, and will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. In instances of out-of-stock items that are beyond our control, due to the fact we import quality goods direct from the Celtic Nations, we reserve the right to take up to 30 days to deliver. You will be able to cancel your order up to the time of dispatch. All our items are shipped with insurance and delivery confirmation. Customers are responsible for their delivery locations being secure. Maui Celtic will NOT be responsible for losses or other damages once an item has been delivered (such as theft from a porch or doorway after a package has been left by the delivery service).

Shipping within the U.S. - Total order value (including tax within Hawaii) before shipping of between $0.01 and $38.99 incurs a standard $7.95 shipping and handling charge (exception - tattoos at $1). This covers US Postal Service Priority mail, insurance and delivery confirmation. This normally takes 3-4 working days after shipping to get from Hawai'i to the US mainland (normally 1-2 days within Hawai'i). If you require US Postal Service Express mail, insurance and delivery confirmation, which normally takes 2 working days after shipping to get from Hawai'i to the US mainland (normally 1 day within Hawai'i), at a cost of $18.95, then please e-mail us instead of going through the online 'Checkout'. If you require Federal Express service please e-mail us for a quote.

Total order value (including tax within Hawaii) before shipping of between $39 and $102.99 incurs a standard $12.95 shipping and handling charge. This covers US Postal Service Priority mail, insurance and delivery confirmation. This normally takes 3-4 working days after shipping to get from Hawai'i to the US mainland (normally 1-2 days within Hawai'i). If you require US Postal Service Express mail, insurance and delivery confirmation, which normally takes 2 working days after shipping to get from Hawai'i to the US mainland (normally 1 day within Hawai'i), at a minimum cost of $18.95 depending on the weight, then please e-mail us instead of going through the online 'Checkout'. If you require Federal Express service please e-mail us for a quote.

Total order value (including tax within Hawaii) before shipping of between $103 and $149.99 incurs a standard $17.95 shipping and handling charge. This covers US Postal Service Priority mail, insurance and delivery confirmation. This normally takes 3-4 working days after shipping to get from Hawai'i to the US mainland (normally 1-2 days within Hawai'i). For US Postal Service Express mail, or Federal Express service please e-mail us for a quote.

Total order value (including tax within Hawaii) before shipping of between $150 and $199.99 incurs a standard $18.95 shipping and handling charge. This covers US Postal Service Priority mail, insurance and delivery confirmation. This normally takes 3-4 working days after shipping to get from Hawai'i to the US mainland (normally 1-2 days within Hawai'i). For US Postal Service Express mail, or Federal Express service please e-mail us for a quote.

Total order value (including tax within Hawaii) before shipping of $200 and upwards incurs a minimum standard $19.95 shipping and handling charge. This covers US Postal Service Priority mail, insurance and delivery confirmation. This normally takes 3-4 working days after shipping to get from Hawai'i to the US mainland (normally 1-2 days within Hawai'i). For US Postal Service Express mail, or Federal Express service please e-mail us for a quote.

Returns

Maui Celtic endeavors to supply only the highest quality goods, either made in Hawai'i and designed or drawn by Hamish, or imported directly from the Celtic Nations, sourced in person on trips to the country of origin. We believe you will be delighted with your product from Maui Celtic. However, if the product is faulty, or an item which you did not order, it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. Please contact us within 9 days to advise us of the defective product, or damage due to shipping, and we will let you know how you should send the item back to us. If you return then the product UNUSED and in its original condition including any tags & packaging, we will be happy to provide you with an exchange for an identical product in good condition, and pay you for the return postage (either with a Maui Celtic credit note, or by check). Alternatively we may refund you any money which you have paid us for that product.

If you wish to return an item (UNUSED in it's original condition including any tags & packaging) which you did order, and is NOT faulty, then you will pay for the return postage of the goods, and be responsible for it's safe and timely delivery. If this happens, please CONTACT US FIRST, within 9 days, and we will let you know how you should send the item to us. You must return merchandise with shipping prepaid, in its original condition as you received it, preferably in its original package. We do not accept returns or exchanges by C.O.D.

We advise that you ship your returns or exchanges by certified, registered, or any other kind of traceable shipping. Maui Celtic is NOT responsible for lost, undocumented returns or exchanges.

Upon receipt or your return, we will provide you with either an exchange for goods of the same value LESS the original shipping charge, or with a Maui Celtic credit note.

There will be a charge to ship exchange items in this case. Alternatively, we may refund you any money which you have paid us for that product, LESS the original shipping charge.

PLEASE NOTE that you must choose color and size options for certain items on the website. If you do not choose the correct color and size then YOU are responsible for return shipping charges, and will be charged for reshipment of the replacement product.

PLEASE ORDER WHAT YOU INTEND TO KEEP. Maui Celtic is not prepared to deal with customers who order many items planning to keep one or two that they like, planning to return the rest.
